My name is Cecilia Santiago, I’m a designer specializing in 2D graphics. My work is multidisciplinary, I have more than 10 years of professional experience. I’m an independent artist, and I work from Madrid and I have clients spread all over the globe.

I was born in Mérida, Venezuela and I have lived in Spain since 2009. I love to travel and to experience new cultures, and I feel inspired by nature and traditional elements with spirit. I like to work with discipline and dedication. Design is my job and my job is my passion.

Education

I started my studies in Graphic Design at the IUTAJS in the city of Mérida, where I obtained the title of TSU in Graphic Design.

I studied a Master in Advertising Creativity at the Creative School Aula Creativa in Madrid, and in 2010 I completed a Master of Basic Web Design. 

Between 2012 and 2014, I realized studies of Illustration and Comic in the Superior School of Professional Drawing ESDIP, where I obtained the title of Illustrator and sketcher.

Experience

I have worked for brands like Heineken, Fiat, Honda, Yacom, Orange, ONO, GUEROLA, LG, LANCIA-DELTA, and DEQUM among others.

I was the director of art and the layout artist of the Real Estate Magazine "Tierra y Bienes" for more than 20 consecutive editions.

I worked for the FILTER Company (Events Agency) as an Junior Graphic Designer from Dec 2009 to Oct 2010 in Madrid, Spain.

BOCETOS C.A. (360º Studio Design and Architecture) as Founder and Art Director from April 2004 to Feb 2009 in Merida, Venezuela.

PAVAN & MAXIME (Digital Photography Studio) as Graphic Designer from March 2003 to April 2004 in Caracas, Venezuela.

HORIZONTES DE VÍAS Y SEÑALES (ATL y BTL) as a fellow in Graphic Design from March 2001 to June 2001 in Lara, Venezuela.
